Maintain all facets of the customer order in SAP.
Provide support to all regional sales personnel and representatives.
Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers.
Review and ensure the accuracy of all order acceptances and invoices for contract standards.
Fax, e-mail, mail and telephone communications (e.
g.
invoices, order acknowledgements, etc.
) Coordinate and manage all activities with freight companies (e.
g.
delivery schedules as needed, proof of deliveries, billing, etc.
) and same day shipments.
Update and maintain a business profile for all customers.
Coordinate activities regarding the instrument leasing program.
Coordinate proposals and questions for current, new and potential customers.
Code freight invoices with respective number and coordinate chargebacks within CS team.
What required for this role Excellent professional demeanor, a service-first attitude, and product/service expertise.
Can speak clearly, is well-spoken, and can communicate concisely and thoroughly.
Able to exercise discretion.
Can resolve technical problems.
3 years of experience in a technical customer service center role (not a call center) (or 2-year administrative degree and 1-2 years of experience).
Have phone-based business to business CS experience (not in retail).
Can explain technical services to the end customer.
Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or other ERP software applications.
Experience in Electronics, Instrumentation and the Steel or Foundry industry is desired.
