branch was founded in Waukesha, WI to provide on-site support for US customers.
Due to the strong growth, however, the premises quickly became too small, which is why the company moved to a larger building in Hartland, WI in 2010.
Today there is a sales office, a warehouse with fast response and high delivery capabilities, as well as a production area with milling and CMM machines for services purposes.
Summary:
The position of Receptionist performs a variety of routine clerical, reception, and office support functions.
May process sales orders and perform basic accounting functions upon request.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly manner, providing appropriate information and assistance.
Enter data in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and Access ensuring accuracy and timeliness Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail, including the daily pickup of mail from the mailbox as well as coordination of pick-up and delivery of express mail services Process sales orders upon request Perform basic accounting functions such as Accounts Receivables (A/R) and/or Accounts Payables (A/P) and create/send invoices Maintain an organized office and break room keeping areas stocked and orderly and notify the General Manager when supplies, maintenance or specialized cleaning are needed Oversee the quality of the contracted cleaning company and notify General Manager when corrections are needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent One (1) or more years of related experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred Basic reading, writing and math skills required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel.
Word, Access), internet and email systems required.
Preferred knowledge of QuickBooks and/or other Accounting software Experience with shipping software platforms for national and international shipping helpful Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Excellent organizational skills Ability to effectively manage time and multiple priorities Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with supervisors on completion of tasks PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
