The role is to keep the business's accounts payable functions running smoothly and on pace with the requirements set forth by management.
Duties:
Accounts payable Accounts Payable month end reporting COI's / W9's, autopay and vendor agreements Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure best pricing and discounts Employee benefits including health insurance, HRA, IRA, UI, WC, etc.
Reconcile statements and payment records Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments Provide effective performance feedback through regular day to day interaction with teammates.
Schedule maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
Maintain the building working with landlord as it relates to our Mequon office.
