Electrical Engineer
We are looking for Electrical Engineers who have experience designing low voltage industrial panels, and have experience with power distribution, transformers, and service switches.
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom pumping solutions for golf, landscape, municipal, and agriculture use.
This family-owned company has operated for close to 40 years, and has global sales team spanning cross 5 continents.
They use the most up to date and innovative technology and offer the most experienced team in the industry.
From concept to design, production, and final product, their talented engineering team handles the whole process in house.
Currently, they are looking to fill an open, full time, direct hire Electrical Engineering role at their Hartland, Wisconsin facility.
Responsibility of an Electrical Engineer:
Designing high-quality, cost-effective control panels for water irrigation pumping systems- ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards and clients specifications.
Role of an Electrical Engineer:
Prepare detailed schematics, bill of material, and panel layout drawings according to design specifications and standardsStaying on budget and on time on projectsEfficiently manage multiple projects at one timeAdhere to electrical code and stay current on technology and safety standardsCollaborate with other engineering departments with layout, assembly, and testingContinuously identify and investigate opportunity to improve electrical systems, components, and processesProvide technical assistance as neededUtilize AutoCAD-Electrical for creating schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts and other electrical documentsDesign low voltage (less than 600V; 1ph and 3ph) industrial control panel using PLCsRequired Experience of an Electrical Engineer:
BS Engineering Degree3
years ExperienceWorking knowledge of USA Codes:
NEC, UL, NEMA, IEEE, and NFPAPhysical Demands:
Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
Must be able to reach above shoulders and lift 25lbs.
