Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products - Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity - Create and maintain production plans to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of goods - Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and ensure seamless coordination between departments - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations and reduce costs - Utilize JobBOSS or similar warehouse management systems to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff - Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a distribution center or logistics environment - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, production planning, and distribution logistics - Familiarity with NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations is preferred - Proficient in using JobBoss or similar warehouse management systems - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Solid understanding of budgeting principles to effectively manage warehouse expenses - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Note:
