Job Description:
Electrical controls, schematic and software design of automated machinery. This job entails being an apprentice within a small business that has mastered building custom, one off, assembly machinery for all different purposes. Must have the ability/desire to understand assembly processes, visualize mechanical assemblies, and feedback control systems. Candidate will generate bills of material, schematics and learn to develop industrial controls software. The ability to work closely in a team of innovative and energetic engineers in a small business is an absolute requirement. The pace of work is extremely fast, and the ability to both teach and learn on the fly is paramount. The ideal candidate will have the creativity and desire to solve problems at the design stage, generate software to follow a detailed SOP, and troubleshoot wiring, mechanics, software and especially people in the shop and the in the field.

Requirements
Entry level experience, 2 years minimum college course work or trade school
Autocad Electrical using associations, wire and device labeling, template generation and database manangement
Background in PLC programming and a desire to learn about industrial robotics a plus.
Candidate will generate industrial touch screen software.
Other software/equipment you may come in contact with includes Omron PLC's, Mitsubishi A and G series PLCs, Animatics smart motors, Visual basic software, Cognex vision, Denso robotics, and tons of Ethernet I/P gizmos and more.
Candidate will learn to draw and review schematics for correctness.
Fluent knowledge of PC's, MS office, windows operating environment.
Ability to specify and pick out purchased components and interact with vendors

The job will be non-repetitive in nature with 8-12 machines designed per year. The estimated job categories are:
30% Software design and development
30% CAD schematic design and markups, BOM maintenance
20% Installation
20% Misc.

The estimated travel for the position will be around 10% max 15%. Our machines can typically be installed in 1-3 days, usually toward the shorter side.
Some weekend work will be required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
